Policies and Procedures

Enrollment Policy:
Initial and continued enrollment will be at the discretion of New Life Afterschool Enrichment Program based upon the best interest of the child, the expectation that he/she will benefit from the program and the welfare of the other enrolled children. Enrollment shall be without regard to race, creed, sex or national origin.

Information Changes:
Parents are required to notify the school of any change in phone numbers, work locations, emergency contacts, family physician, etc.

Hours of Operation:
New Life Afterschool Enrichment Program hours are from 3:15 P.M to 6:30 P.M each school day.

Registration Fee:
An annual registration fee of $75.00 shall be paid for each child at the time of enrollment. Annual fees are due and payable each year thereafter, by the first day of August. Note: Sibling discount- ($10 off for 2 children and $20 off for 3 or more children.)

Tuition:
Tuition shall be paid in advance on Friday of each week in the amount of $75.00. On Early Release days, an additional $10.00 will be added to weekly tuition. Note: Sibling discount- ($10 off for 2 children) and ($20 off for 3 or more children).

Late Charges and Penalties:
Tuition payments are considered late after Monday at 12:00 P.M. of the week they are due. A late charge of $15.00 shall be automatically added to the charges due for that week. If an account becomes delinquent (over one week past due without receipt of payment) there may be an additional weekly service charge of five percent (5%) of the balance added automatically. In the event that payment arrangements are not made, New Life Afterschool Enrichment Program may, at its discretion dismiss the child and the parent shall remain responsible for the balance due and any expenses incurred by New Life Afterschool Enrichment Program in the pursuit of payment.

A late charge of $1.00 per minute after pickup time that a child remains on the premises, payable at the time the child is picked up.

Returned Checks:
If a check is returned unpaid by the bank, a service charge of $30.00 will be assessed.

Absences:
Tuition and other fees must be paid in full without deduction for absences of any duration or for any cause and without substitution of any other days of attendance as make-up days. Staffing and operational costs are incurred on the basis of fixed levels of enrollment.

Withdrawals:
For withdrawals, a two (2) week advance written notice shall be given. The obligation for full payment of tuition and other fees will continue until the date indicated on written notice. If a written notice is not provided, parent remains responsible for the full tuition for the two (2) weeks after the child’s last day of attendance plus any late charges or penalties which shall accrue until full payment is received.

Fee Schedule Changes:
New Life Afterschool Enrichment Program reserves the right to make changes to the fee and conditions of enrollment at will. Fee changes will be posted at least two days prior to any changes.
